Do you offer same-day flower delivery?

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed and paid before 12 PM. Availability depends on our schedule and flower selection and must be confirmed by Bloomistry Studio.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We provide local flower delivery throughout New Britain and nearby areas, including Newington, Berlin, Plainville, Farmington, Wethersfield, Rocky Hill, West Hartford, Glastonbury, Avon, and surrounding communities. Delivery availability and fees depend on the address.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

You can select your preferred delivery date and time range during checkout. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather, and our delivery schedule. We will contact you if any adjustments are needed.

Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?

Each arrangement is handcrafted and one of a kind. Flower varieties may vary depending on seasonality and availability, but we will preserve the selected color palette, style, overall value, and quality of the design.

Can I request specific flowers or colors?

Yes. Please include your preferred colors, flowers, occasion, and any special requests in the Design Notes field. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences based on seasonal availability.

What happens if the recipient is not available?

If the recipient is unavailable, we will contact the customer or recipient using the phone number provided with the order. Depending on the location and weather, the arrangement may be left in a safe place or delivery may need to be rescheduled.

Do you create custom flower arrangements?

Yes. We create custom bouquets and arrangements based on your occasion, preferred color palette, style, and budget. Our minimum flower order is $100, excluding delivery and applicable taxes.

Do you provide wedding and event floral design?

Yes. Bloomistry Studio provides custom floral design for weddings, private celebrations, and events throughout Connecticut. Please submit an inquiry through our contact form with your event date, location, estimated guest count, and floral needs.
