Fresh flowers, thoughtfully delivered throughout our local Connecticut service area.

DELIVERY AREA

Bloomistry Studio currently delivers to Avon, Farmington, West Hartford, Glastonbury, Wethersfield, Rocky Hill, Newington, Berlin, Plainville, and New Britain.

Delivery to nearby locations outside our standard service area may be available upon request.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed and paid for before 12:00 PM Eastern Time.

Same-day availability depends on flower availability, the size and complexity of the arrangement, the delivery destination, and our delivery capacity. Your order is not confirmed for same-day delivery until you receive confirmation from Bloomistry Studio.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will generally be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

We recommend ordering in advance for large bouquets, specific flower varieties, custom arrangements, weddings, events, holidays, and weekend deliveries.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees are based on the destination and are displayed during checkout whenever available.

Deliveries outside our standard service area, oversized arrangements, wedding or event orders, and deliveries requiring special handling may have an additional fee.

DELIVERY TIME

You may select or request an available delivery date or time window. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Bloomistry Studio.

If the flowers are needed before a specific event, ceremony, appointment, business closing time, or departure, please include that information with your order and select a delivery time with enough flexibility.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS UNAVAILABLE

If the recipient is unavailable, we may contact the customer or recipient for instructions.

When it is safe and appropriate, the flowers may be left at the door, in another protected location, or with a receptionist, concierge, front desk, security desk, neighbor, coworker, or family member.

If no safe delivery option is available, the order may be returned to Bloomistry Studio. Redelivery will depend on availability and will require an additional delivery fee.

PICKUP

Pickup is available by advance order and appointment only. Bloomistry Studio does not operate as a walk-in flower shop.

Pickup instructions and the confirmed pickup time will be provided after your order is placed.
